Job Descriptions
  • Responsible for the HR / Payroll & Administration
  • Assist company’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes
  • Maintain work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Assist in planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by HR managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances
  • Implementation of all safety measures and its monitoring
  • Assist and create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (if necessary)
  • Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues
  • In charge of Petty Cash reimbursement and disbursement
  • In charge of full spectrum of office administration and stationary replenishment
  • Other specific duties as assigned


Job Requirements
  • Any Graduate or Must Diploma in related field
  • At least (1-2) years working experience in related field
  • Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet, e-mail and browsing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in order to liaise with different parts of the organization
  • Team work, Time management skills, Good interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation skills and Critical Thinking skills
