What You'll Do
✅ Create engaging video content for marketing & social media
✅ Present and speak confidently in front of the camera
✅ Plan video ideas, scripts, and content concepts
✅ Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop creative content
✅ Produce approximately 3–4 videos per week
We're Looking For
✅ 2+ years of HR experience or HR background
✅ Interested in a career change into Marketing & Content Creation
✅ Confident and comfortable speaking in front of the camera
✅ Background in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / Employer Branding is a plus
✅ Creative, energetic, and strong communication skills
✅ Passionate about social media and video content
